What are the main areas of activity of the company? 

Cindy Lin: Cincoze focuses on six major vertical markets: manufacturing, transportation, energy and environment, city infrastructure, marine, and resource-based industries. Through technological innovation and high-quality products, Cincoze supports global customers in achieving intelligent and digital transformation across diverse applications. Of these six markets, 75% of Cincoze’s customers and successful case studies are in the manufacturing and transportation sectors. Manufacturing includes smart factories, intelligent machine, and machine vision, while transportation covers applications in rail transit, in-vehicle computing, and smart transportation infrastructure.

Cindy Lin: Cincoze recently launched two compact embedded industrial computers:

  • DA-1200 Entry-Performance & Basic Rugged Embedded Computer

The DA-1200 offers inherent advantages, including a compact, palm-sized design (150 x 105 x 52.3 mm) that delivers exceptional processing performance, powered by a 12W Intel Alder Lake-N processor. With its highly cost-effective advantage, it has quickly become a preferred choice for IIoT Gateway applications.

The DA-1200 has two M.2 Key B slots (convertible to Key E with an optional adapter) that support wireless modules (such as 5G, Wi-Fi, and GNSS) for wireless data connections. For storage, it provides multiple options, including 2.5” SSD, Half-slim SSD, and M.2 SSD. Its easy installation and maintenance capabilities support various mounting options (Wall Mount, Side Mount, and DIN-Rail), overcoming space constraints in limited environments. To facilitate quick setup and adjustments, key setting buttons and switches (Reset Switch, AT/ATX) and the SIM card slot are in the front maintenance area, providing easier access for repairs. The DA-1200 also has wide temperature (-40 to 70°C) and wide voltage (9-48V) support and meets U.S. military standards for shock and vibration (MIL-STD-810H), as well as industrial EMC standards (EN IEC 61000-6-2/4). Its ruggedness and stability make it an ideal choice for IIoT Gateway applications.

  • DV-1100 High-performance & Basic Rugged Embedded Computer

The DV-1100 is a high-performance and basic-function embedded computer that is an ideal choice for providing advanced processing capabilities in edge computing. With a compact size of just 224.1 x 162 x 62 mm, the DV-1100 is equipped with the latest Intel 13th/12th Core CPU, along with 32GB of DDR5 4800 MHz memory and high-speed NVMe SSD storage, showcasing exceptional computing power. Its excellent data transmission capabilities include native 2.5G LAN and 10G USB 3.2 Gen2x1 interfaces, along with a range of expansion options. The DV-1100 is equipped with built-in M.2 Key B and Key E slots and supports further I/O and functional expansion through Cincoze’s exclusive modular expansion technology, making it well-suited for industrial applications like machine vision and real-time monitoring that require high-speed data transfer. The DV-1100 passes or complies with numerous industry certifications and standards, including EN 50155 (EN 50121-3-2 only) for railway applications, MIL-STD-810H for U.S. military-grade shock and vibration, and industrial EMC standards (EN IEC 61000-6-2/4). Since its launch, the DV-1100 has attracted significant interest from large-scale global projects, particularly for applications requiring real-time processing of large volumes of images, data computation, and high-speed transmission, such as machine vision, license plate recognition, and smart logistics.

The product line currently includes two series: MXM GPU computers and PEG GPU computers, with plans to introduce SoM GPU computers in the future.   • Machine Computing Product Line – DIN-Rail Computers for Machinery Automation

The Machine Computing product line, expected to launch in 2025, is designed to deliver high processing performance and high-speed transmission features specifically for machine vision applications. The product line includes three major series that allow for flexible expansion of I/O, storage interfaces, or functionalities according to customer needs, enabling high customization.

The GP-3100 is Cincoze’s flagship model designed for GPU edge computing, equipped with Intel® 14/13th processors and 64GB of memory. It supports two full-length 250W graphic cards and features rich high-speed I/O connections for integrating sensors and cameras, fulfilling the requirements of AOI systems. Its excellent environmental adaptability is demonstrated by a wide temperature range of -40 to 70°C and a wide voltage range of 9 to 48 VDC. It also complies with the U.S. military standards for shock and vibration resistance (MIL-STD-810H), ensuring stable operation in harsh environments.

The GP-3100 integrates three patented technologies:

  • Dustproof Cooling Mechanism (I778522) – This technology features independent heat dissipation tunnels, effectively dissipating heat and keeping dust out of the system.
  • Scalable with Expansion Modules (I779496) – The GEB expansion boxes support the installation of up to two full-length, high-end GPU cards or various PCIe expansion cards, facilitating real-time data transmission.
  • GPU Card Mounting Bracket (I763318) – This bracket securely holds GPU cards of various sizes available on the market, ensuring stability in vibrating environments.

What estimations do you have for 2024?  

C.L: In 2025, influenced by global inflation and international circumstances (such as wars and other uncertainties), Cincoze’s industrial computers face significant challenges, leading to a slowdown in revenue growth. However, the long-term demand for industrial digital transformation and automation remains strong. In addition to continuing to focus on expanding market share in major industrial nations in Europe and America, Cincoze is actively targeting key industries that require rugged computers. Furthermore, in response to the development trends of AIoT and edge computing, Cincoze will launch a new Machine Computing product line and enhance its GPU product lineup, further creating greater product value for customers.
