EVOWALL TECHNOLOGY – THE NEW PARADIGM OF CONSTRUCTION

Evowall Technology has developed and consolidated its own industrialized construction system for projects aligned with the Passivhaus standard and featuring 100% custom-designed building envelopes.

Its unique technology and collaborative digital environment allow critical decisions, typically made on-site, to be transferred to the design phase and an industrial setting. This reduces risk, improves quality control, and ensures high energy performance, even in highly complex projects.

The system has a complete European Technical Assessment (ETA) and is developed entirely in a BIM environment, enabling high customization, cost and time optimization, and maximum construction precision. In conjunction with ITeC, Evowall offers a digital Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) tool to evaluate and reduce the environmental impact of buildings, reinforcing its commitment to efficient, reliable, and sustainable industrialized construction.

Interview with Gemma Anguera, Sales Manager at Evowall Technology.

What are the main areas of activity of the company?

Gemma Anguera: Evowall Technology operates in the field of industrialized construction for high value residential buildings, where architectural quality, energy performance and construction precision are addressed as a single, integrated approach. All projects, whether single family or multi family, are developed under the same principles: full customization of the building envelope, high energy efficiency and sustainability, and industrialized execution to ensure quality, control and reliability. The company works mainly in Catalonia and has recently expanded its activity to Mallorca, responding to growing demand for high-end, efficient and industrialized residential solutions.

What’s the news about new products/services?

G.A: Rather than launching isolated products, Evowall’s main development lies in the evolution of its integrated service model. The company is increasingly involved from early design stages, allowing key technical decisions to be taken upfront and transferred to an industrial environment.

This approach improves predictability in cost, quality and timelines and has resulted in strong demand. Despite the current challenges in the construction sector, Evowall’s factory is operating at full capacity.

What are the ranges of products/services?

G.A: Evowall provides industrialized solutions for both single-family and multi-family residential projects. In the single-family segment, the focus is on architecturally demanding, high-end homes requiring a high level of customization. In the multi-family segment, industrialization allows consistent quality, optimized costs and reliable delivery times. In 2025, Evowall completed a European reference multi-family project in La Garriga, demonstrating the scalability and architectural quality of its system.

What is the state of the market where you are currently active?

G.A: The markets in which we operate are experiencing a clear transformation. There is strong pressure to deliver projects faster, with greater cost certainty and improved sustainability performance. At the same time, traditional construction models are struggling to respond to labor shortages, regulatory demands, and productivity challenges. This context is accelerating interest in industrialized construction.

What can you tell us about market trends?

G.A: One of the clearest trends is the progressive shift from traditional construction towards industrialized systems. What initially started as an alternative solution is now becoming a strategic choice for many stakeholders in the sector.

Another key trend is the growing demand for measurable sustainability and energy efficiency, driven both by regulation and by end users. At the same time, the market is becoming more professional, with a stronger focus on planning, predictability and long-term value rather than short-term cost alone.

What are the most innovative products/services marketed?

G.A: Our most innovative solutions combine industrialized systems with digital integration. By aligning design, manufacturing, and execution through a single coordinated process, we achieve higher quality, reduced waste, and predictable delivery times. Innovation for us is not only about products, but about how the entire process is structured and managed to create real value for the client.

What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2026?

G.A: For early 2026, market expectations are cautious but moderately positive. While overall construction activity may remain under pressure, the share of industrialized construction is expected to continue growing.

It is estimated that the number of industrialized residential projects, both buildings and houses, will increase as developers seek more reliable and efficient construction models. Industrialization is therefore expected to consolidate its position as a key solution within the Spanish residential market.
