During its 60-year history, Hisbalit has raised to the art of mosaic tiles to its maximum expression, becoming a reference in the design, customisation and manufacture of ecological mosaic tiles of the highest quality, operating in over 70 countries around the world.

A brief description of the company and its activities
Sara Guzmán: Hisbalit is a Spanish family-owned company specialized in the design and manufacture of high-quality glass mosaic. Founded in Cantabria, Spain, we combine craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability to create mosaic solutions for architecture and interior design projects worldwide.
All our mosaics are manufactured in Spain using 100% recycled glass, following a responsible production process focused on durability, design excellence and environmental respect. We work closely with architects and interior designers, offering both collections and fully customized solutions.
What are the main areas of activity of the company?
S.G: Hisbalit’s main activity is the manufacture of high-quality glass mosaic for decorative and architectural applications. Our mosaics are designed for a wide range of uses, including interior and exterior wall and floor coverings, swimming pools, spas, wellness areas and wet environments.
In addition to our standard collections, a key area of activity is Art Factory Hisbalit, our custom design service. Through this service, to develop bespoke mosaics, adapting colors, formats, patterns and compositions to the specific needs of each project.
This combination of industrial manufacturing, craftsmanship and customization allows us to offer versatile solutions for residential, hospitality and contract projects.

What’s the news about new products/services?
S.G: One of the main recent developments at Hisbalit is the continuous evolution of our design-led collections, with a strong focus on creativity, customization and lifestyle-oriented interiors.
Among our latest highlights is REBEL, a collection that reinterprets classic patterns with a contemporary and expressive approach, introducing color, rhythm and personality into architectural spaces. It responds to a growing demand for interiors with character and a strong visual identity.
We have also expanded our portfolio for aquatic environments with MARINE, a collection specifically created for singular and luxury swimming pools. MARINE is designed for projects where aesthetics are as important as technical performance, offering refined designs that enhance exclusive pools in hotels, private residences and high-end wellness spaces, while ensuring durability and safety in wet environments.
