Como produces nonwoven felts, ranging in weight from 100gr/m² to 1600gr/m². These products are 100% recyclable and are used in various industries such as mattress manufacturing, furniture, and automotive. The range of products depends on the customer’s needs, with the felts available either in rolls or in customized cut sizes. We also produce felts from natural fibers such as wool and pure cotton felts.

The technology used in producing these products, combined with strict quality control processes, makes them top tier in the recycling industry.
Furthermore, with our new investment, we are planning to produce a new insulation pad for the construction of buildings made out of 100% recycled Pes fibers from pet (used plastic bottles) and another type of insulation pad made out from 100 % recycled pes fibers plus 100% wool fibers. Both products will be ecofriendly.

The completion of the new investment will increase the company’s production capacity to 7,500 tons/year, strengthening its ability to meet market demand and expand exports. We estimate that we will have a 15% sales increase in 2025.
