Jérôme Moeri: Navori Labs is a premium Swiss innovator in digital signage software. For over 26 years, we wake up every day with one mission in mind: to innovate top-quality signage solutions for businesses worldwide. From restaurants and public transportation to schools and hospitals, we provide tailored solutions for diverse industries.

Developed in-house by a team of highly qualified engineers, our multi-platform digital signage software empowers users with professional-grade tools for dynamic content creation and real-time data management. Our advanced AI-enhanced analytics provide actionable insights into audience behavior.

What are the main areas of activity of the company?

J.M: We offer scalable digital signage solutions with enterprise-grade software. Our primary verticals include quick-service restaurants, corporate and government sectors, stadiums, retail, and DooH. Our high-end products are designed for demanding professionals and stand out for their scalability, broad range of features, and support for various media players and SoC screens.

What’s the news about new products/services?

J.M: This year, Navori Labs proudly introduces the StiX 3800, the industry’s pioneering end-to-end digital signage player, integrating CMS, screen monitoring, and AI-driven analytics into one compact device. It has the latest processors and GPU that supports 4K@60fps playback effortlessly. The AI-enhanced VPU offers actionable insights derived from real-time audience behavior. Moreover, the device actively promotes sustainability with a durable 50,000-hour lifespan, PoE capabilities, hands-free setup, and 80% less electricity consumption compared to a PC.

What are the ranges of products/services?

J.M: Navori Labs is committed to providing a complete digital signage solution that includes both software and hardware.

Our digital signage software is a powerful, multi-platform media player with a wide range of features. It includes an open architecture API, an easy-to-use CMS, a template designer, AI-driven audience analytics, and programmatic DooH advertising. We also offer specialized add-ons for different industries, like Retail Advertising and Quick Service Restaurants.

You can choose between our Essential and Professional software versions. We offer both shared SaaS options (with maintenance and upgrades managed by us) and on-premises models for one-time purchases or subscriptions.

To enhance your digital signage experience, we provide our own digital signage player device. The StiX 3800 is our latest all-in-one model, designed to seamlessly integrate with our CMS, monitor screen status, and deliver AI-driven analytics.

What is the state of the market where you are currently active?

J.M: The global CMS market is growing organically at a rate of 10-15% per year.

What can you tell us about market trends?

J.M: The future of digital signage is being shaped by AI, particularly through the use of computer vision and machine learning. With computer vision, our digital signage software can interpret visual inputs from displays, enabling real-time audience analysis and personalized content. Machine learning refines these processes by analyzing accumulated data, predicting trends, and optimizing performance. This integration makes digital signage more dynamic, responsive, and effective in engaging audiences and driving targeted marketing strategies.

What are the most innovative products/services marketed?

J.M: Our next-gen AI signage player, the StiX 3800, is the first AI-driven media player in the industry. With its advanced processors and GPUs, it’s 8 times more powerful than a typical web player.

Thanks to its camera and AI-enhanced VPU, the StiX 3800 can measure performance in physical spaces by tracking footfall, vehicle counts, wait times, and dwell times.

Built with sustainability in mind, it automatically turns off screens when no viewers are detected and uses about 80% less electricity than a standard digital signage PC. Its PoE and hands-free setup mean fewer technician visits and lower operational costs.

Plus, the StiX 3800 is the first external media player to offer free screen status monitoring. It tracks settings, temperature, and component status, sending this data to the CMS for real-time analysis and alerts if anything needs attention.

What estimations do you have for 2024?

J.M: We are expecting a growth of 30%.
