ZERO Profine, a device that uses reverse osmosis technology, was conceived from a marked innovation in the field of light water machines. Smaller than a briefcase, it provides 3 litres of water in a minute, making it the most compact under the sink object ever seen with such high performance. The filtered water is pushed towards the tap without using electricity thanks to a system that uses mains water pressure. There are two osmotic membranes and two activated carbon filters, produced by Think:water, which can be easily replaced. For the first time, the design of these objects ceases to be technical, moving to a more “human” approach. ZERO becomes a functional and at the same time a beautiful object. Its graceful and rounded shape makes it something unique that combines high performance with the design object. Another benefit of the ZERO environment is its operation. In fact, by not using electricity to operate, it does not affect the environmental costs for the production of electricity. ZERO was a finalist at the SBID International Design Awards 2015, received the Honourable Mention at the Compasso d’Oro 2015 and received the IF Design Award in Munich in 2016, a prestigious award for design and innovation.
UNO Profine is a quick installation under the sink filtration system capable of providing microfiltered and good water directly from the tap at home. There is no need to replace your tap or to create a dedicated plumbing system. Simply connect it to the cold water pipe. Anyone can do this by themselves. ONE offers improved performance thanks to the high-quality components. In just over 30 cm it can provide 7,000 litres of microfiltered water. ONE requires little maintenance. It is only necessary to change the filter when it is depleted, suitably indicated by an LED that turns from blue to red, or in any case once a year. Microfiltration is achieved thanks to an exclusive carbon block filter to which silver ions are added, developed and produced by Think:water. This technology guarantees the removal of undesirable odours and tastes, the reduction of chlorine and the safety of bacteriostatic and antibacterial action. All these features allowed ONE to enter the selection of the 2016 Green Product Award and compete for the title of best green product of the year.
Reverse osmosis technology, such as that used in ZERO, means being able to obtain a very light water as the osmotic membranes regulate the salts. To maintain the salt content of the water, to only remove undesirable smell and taste and to block bacteria, the ONE system is the ideal choice. For 2024, Think:water has ambitious growth targets and expects to close the year with a double-digit increase in turnover compared to 2023.
