Can you share a specific example of how your products/solutions have improved efficiency for a client?
Connection of two lines in two different Buildings via conveyor system:
- Due to cost, reasons, capacity reasons and shop floor traffic crossing, it was not possible to add AGV or milkruns capacity to transport materials.
- With installation of QuickMOVE through a tunnel and automated loading and unloading, transportation cost could be reduced significantly. Single box flow could establish.

How does your technology minimize waste and optimize resource usage?
New materials (aluminium and steel) contain a high amount of scrap material reused. This saves approx. 75% of Energy cost compared to using new melted materials.
All metal scrap arising during manufacturing und installation of the equipment goes back into the recycling loops.
Nearly 100% of material can be reused, when it comes the run out of certain projects and reuse for new tasks. This minimizes waste and investment cost. The waste save is proven by customer projects, where we have torn down installed equipment and reinstalled to another area for a new challenge. With having more and more equipment in the field, the question of reuse is asked more often.
What key features of your products/solutions contribute the most to cost savings for businesses?
Our Key features Modularity, Flexibility, Adaptability and the chance of Re-use allow to install equipment cheap and efficient. We can always find a way to transport materials, even in grown environments.
Are there any hidden or overlooked costs that your products/solutions help eliminate?
Transportation of material is non-value-added cost and particular in the current environment where skilled workforce is desperately needed, is an easy chance to get free capacity in workforce and safe cost of recruiting, etc.
How do you ensure that your products/solutions provide long-term value?
Maintenance level of the equipment is very low. With the option to install a predictive system as well as interface to MES Systems, we can secure a flawless execution on a day-by-day basis.
Do you offer tools or data analytics that help customers track efficiency improvements and cost reductions?
Environmental footprint and data can be provided per project on request.
Due to lightweight, energy consumption in general is very low. The motors are equipped with a start-stop system, optional energy recuperation can be installed.

What role does automation play in helping businesses reduce expenses when using your products/solutions?
We are using automation as our core and base technology. The QuickMOVE Technology allows us to stay as simple as possible to keep cost down. With having now 2 products in place we can choose best possible solution based on customer product
How do your products/solutions compare with competitors in terms of cost-effectiveness and return on investment (ROI)?
We have a solution with unique functionality. ROI is of cause done by the customers, but we know from lot of occasions where the customers shared Data, the ROI is better using our system then alternative competitor’s equipment.
What advice would you give to businesses looking to maximize efficiency while keeping operational costs low?
Try to start as simple as possible and then just do it! To get cost further down: Instead of buying full-service equipment, we can also supply components and guide you to install the equipment with your own people.
