Founded in 2016 in Denmark, Robotize designs and manufactures Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMRs) for safe, automated internal material transport. The company’s unique GoPal® Solution combines mobile robots, pickup/delivery stations and smart accessories for enhanced functionality with their GoControl Fleet Management System (FMS), enabling fully automated intralogistics 24/7/365.
Robotize’s customers can tailor their GoPal® Solution to their exact needs, without having to worry about integrating other components or systems. Their mission is simple: to make internal logistics safe, simple, and scalable.
What are the main areas of activity of the company?
We specialize in intralogistics automation by moving pallets, carts and trolleys within factories and warehouses. Our GoPal AMRs replace repetitive manual, forklift or pallet jack tasks, operate safely alongside people, and integrate easily with production and warehouse systems.
Robotize works globally, with a strong installed base in Europe, and a growing presence in North America. Consequently, we serve several industry channels, helping companies boost productivity. Our references and track record speak for themselves.
What’s the news about new products/services?
In 2024, we launched our first platform AMR, GoPal P35, designed to automatically transport carts, trolleys and top modules. Top modules, such as those provided by our partner, ROEQ, are interchangeable add-ons, which can be mounted on the GoPal P35 to give it a specific functionality.
Compact and agile, the GoPal P35 features wireless charging, a long-life battery, and of course our unique 360° safety bumper. We have expanded into North America with a Robotize sales office and via partnerships.

In addition, Robotize strengthened global reach through Zetes (part of the Panasonic Corporation), which recently acquired 50% of Robotize, combining AMR technology with leading supply chain solutions.
What are the ranges of products/services?
Robotize offers a comprehensive fleet of GoPal AMRs, covering Euro and US/UK pallet formats supporting payloads up to 1200 kg, designed to automate internal transport safely and efficiently. The portfolio includes the GoPal P35 mentioned.
To complete the ecosystem, Robotize provides pallet stations, lift stations, conveyor stations, I/O Boxes, and much more, all seamlessly managed by our GoControl FMS.
Together with a certified global partner network, Robotize delivers a fully integrated, safety-approved, and easily scalable solution for intralogistics automation.
What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
The AMR market is expanding rapidly. From a global valuation of around USD 5,02 billion in 2024, it is expected to grow to USD 5,79 billion in 2025, and potentially USD 11,27 billion by 2029.
These figures reflect a critical shift: AMRs are no longer optional pilot projects; they have become indispensable assets in manufacturing and logistics.

Robotize is positioned to thrive in this accelerating market. With a full GoPal ecosystem, we deliver solutions that can be deployed fast, integrated easily, and scaled across facilities.
What can you tell us about market trends?
Will Artificial Intelligence (AI) within mobile robotics become more than just a buzzword? The conversation is shifting from “AI as marketing” to “AI that ships value”, meaning better perception and planning, self-optimizing fleet orchestration, and predictive maintenance that cuts downtime. The EU AI Act will accelerate this maturity by pushing vendors toward risk-based compliance, transparency, and solid data governance. This will turn AI from a promise into an auditable capability.
Human-Robot collaboration stays centre stage. With persistent labour shortages, the winning deployments are those that blend people and AMRs safely and intuitively.
Robotics-as-a-Service and other OPEX-friendly models lower the entry barrier, speed time-to-value, and make scaling from pilots to fleets financially straightforward.
Flexibility becomes a must-have. Customers want platform AMRs that accept carts, top modules, or tooling today, and can support mobile manipulation tomorrow. Open APIs and plug-and-play integration with WMS/ERP are now table stakes. Standard interfaces are gaining importance as mixed fleets proliferate.

Sustainability matters. Energy-efficient drives, long-life batteries, smart charging, and data-driven route optimization help companies meet corporate sustainability goals while reducing operating costs, making “green automation” a pragmatic decision, not just a virtue signal.
AMRs are evolving from warehouse “workhorses” to service-capable, data-rich infrastructure. The winners in the future will pair scalable deployment with intelligent fleet software and flexible business models.
Another key theme will be automating the “4D” tasks (dull, dirty, dangerous, and delicate) to attract and retain talent across skill levels.
What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
At Robotize, innovation is at the heart of what we do, and we believe several aspects of our portfolio stand out as truly groundbreaking. The fully integrated, safety-certified GoPal® solution is not just a robot but a turnkey system. Combining AMRs, stations, and fleet management software into one plug-and-play package, ready for safe deployment in industrial environments.
For early adopters, AMRs remain a disruptive innovation. Especially by reshaping how companies think about intralogistics.
What estimations do you have for the second half of 2025?
With a strong order pipeline, and expanding channels, I expect a record second half of 2025 for Robotize.

The vendor landscape remains fragmented, with ongoing M&A and consolidation. Scale and balance sheets matter, but in our experience time-to-value and reliability win decisions.
Labour scarcity continues to pull automation forward. We also see real progress in SME adoption as mobile robotics solutions become easier to implement, and finance and users are scaling from first AMRs to full fleets.
As AMRs shift from pilot projects to mission-critical infrastructure, we are ready to lead the way with our GoPal® Solution that delivers measurable value today and resilience for tomorrow.
By combining safe, scalable technology with a global partner network, we are shaping the future of intralogistics – one deployment at a time.
