  • Activity time recording – The system monitors the time spent on performing individual tasks, both system, recorded on scanners and sent to the system via the interface, and non-system, recorded on own devices. This allows for a precise insight into the working time structure.
  • Performance analysis – By assigning norms and parameters to tasks, Time Harmony allows you to assess productivity at the employee, project, team, or location level. The system provides data in nominal terms (e.g. units per hour) and percentages, which makes it easier to identify areas for optimization.
  • Monitoring of out-of-system activities – Time Harmony collects information about non-productive activities, such as transitions between processes or cleaning work, which allows for a more complete analysis of work efficiency.

Labour Management at the global level – case story 

One of our clients is a logistics company with a global reach, providing land, air and sea transport services, with its logistics centers in branches around the world. Our cooperation with the client began with the implementation of the Time Harmony system in the warehouses of the Polish branch of the company. In a short time, the client noticed the benefits of the implementation, such as: – improved organization and work planning

The benefits of working with the system echoed in the Company’s Head Office, which is why our company was invited to participate in the tender for a software supplier as part of the international Labour Management Project. Thanks to its advanced functionalities in the field of reporting the course of work processes, Time Harmony has been selected as one of the leading suppliers.
The launch of the project was a huge success and no less challenging for our team. 

In a short time, we had to adapt the system to support any language, report activities performed in different time zones, and implement local holiday calendars. In addition, we were commissioned to expand the reporting system based on global templates provided by the client. 

And all this during the ongoing internal project of completely rebuilding Time Harmony to version 3.0, as part of which, m.in, we changed the framework platform, rebuilt the modular concept of the system, combined two previously independent modules (RCP and Activities) into one, introduced personalized desktops and expanded the organization module. 

We often emphasize that we develop our system together with our customers. We adapt and expand functionalities to the real needs of our customers. This project was the best proof of that. Today, we can confidently say that Time Harmony is a global solution that will work in any latitude.

After 1.5 years from the launch of the project, we implemented the Time Harmony system in the Client’s branches in Argentina, South Africa, the United States, Austria, Romania and Bulgaria. Soon we will have implementations in Italy, France, Portugal and Spain.

What lies ahead in 2025?

Of course, further development of the system.  We are in the process of developing further functionalities that will improve the staffing planning process in terms of order execution. For this purpose, based on performance data, the system will verify whether the scheduled team of employees will be able to implement the assumed production plan within a specified period of time, or whether additional resources will need to be added to its implementation. Or if the deadline should be extended in the variant without hiring additional staff. 

On the horizon there are still ideas related to intelligent scheduling based on the cyclical nature of planning, or overlaying the schedule with layers with information about the area of activity.
