What’s the news about new products/services?
L.B: In general, we have faster, more precise and stronger machines every year and to that we have more solutions for nearly every production segment. Our newest implications are the following:
- Automation-ready systems with the UMC-500 (Haas) robotic pallet loader and compact AS-200 MY (Nakamura-Tome). Both allow turnkey solutions that maximize floor space and throughput
- Enhanced automation & productivity due to the new ChronoCut and Y-axis in multi turret lathes which significantly reduce cycle times and broaden machining capabilities.
- Reduced programming complexity with Nakamura-tome’s new programming Software “Protona” that shortens the learning curve, enabling faster deployment of less-skilled operators.
- Integrated inspections thanks to Haas’s CMM (HMM430) offering seamless quality control, aligning with rising industry 4.0 demands.
What are the ranges of products/services?
L.B: CNC Machine Tools: Milling machines, lathes, multi-axis machines, mill-turn centers, grinding machines, swiss-type machines.
- CNC Machine Tooling: Mill / Lathe toolholding, mill / lathe cutting tools, boring systems, mill / lathe workholding, package kits, shop support (laser marking machines, tool carts, tool presetter, compressor), custom or specialized tool holders / tool holding solutions
- Automation Products: Robotic loaders, automatic pallet systems (pallet changer, pallet pool), conveyor-fed loading systems, AGVs.
- Integrated Quality Systems: Vision inspection, CMM integration.
- Technical Services: Installation, programming, training, maintenance, optimization, remote support.
- Consulting and Project Management: Factory layout planning, tailored automation systems, ROI analyses.
What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
L.B: The manufacturing market faces intense competition and labor shortages, driving strong demand for automation and advanced machinery. Many traditional manufacturers are experiencing low utilization of equipment, human error challenges, and inefficiencies that automation directly addresses. Markets like Central and Eastern Europe, where Teximp operates prominently, are rapidly adopting these solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs. Additionally, more and more clients base their purchasing decisions primarily on the strength and reliability of the supplier’s service network rather than solely on the machine itself. As CNC machines increasingly become standardized and nearly all suppliers offer comparable “perfect” machines tailored for specific tasks, manufacturers recognize that superior local support, rapid service response, and reliable technical assistance are crucial differentiators influencing their investment decisions.

What can you tell us about market trends?
L.B: Significant labor shortages and skills gaps are driving automation adoption.
Increasing demand for efficiency, consistency, and reduced downtime.
Growth of Industry 4.0 with IoT, data analytics, interconnected machinery, and smart factory setups.
Surge in robotic and automated system installations across industries.
Implementing AI and augmented reality in the machine shop or for designing the parts (for example with AI CAD CAM).
What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
L.B: Advanced multi-tasking CNC machines capable of performing complex operations with minimal setups.
“Lights-out” automated manufacturing cells, enabling unattended 24/7 production. With our partners Haas Automation and Matsuura and their own integrated pallet pool and pallet changer system we have the perfect solution for low volume and high mix of parts.
IoT-enabled predictive maintenance systems integrated directly into machine tools.
Customized robotics and automation setups tailored specifically to customer production processes.
What estimations do you have for the second half of 2025?
L.B: We see the second half of 2025 as an opportunity for the whole CNC market. If USA decides to cancel their tariffs globally or drop them to a reasonable price, clients would thus be more willing to invest. It remains to be hoped that amicable solutions can be found so that the investments can be made. Most importantly we think that the clients will prioritize investments with clear short-term ROI and flexibility. They will seek solutions that help them stay competitive despite tariff pressures with emphasis on automation, efficiency and lower production costs.
