S.M: Hunters Group’s knowledge of the sector, its consolidated network, and geographic coverage have allowed it to identify a new primary need in the field of recruitment and selection: the necessity for companies to adapt their internal selection processes to the values of Diversity and Inclusion. Hunters Group has developed a recruitment process that focuses on the most important aspects of a candidate: their skills, the role, and the context in which they would be placed. By “neutralizing” unconscious biases that could compromise the selection process, the candidate profiles presented and screened do not include sensitive data. Information such as name, age, date and place of birth, and any details related to gender or demographics are omitted. This allows for an initial screening of candidates that is truly “blind,” without the possibility of directly seeing or hearing the candidate and thus avoiding influence from factors unrelated to their competencies. Only in subsequent stages are additional factors like attitude and communication style considered.
What estimations do you have for the beginning of 2025?
S.M: We anticipate strong growth in sectors like renewable energy, AI, and healthcare as these industries continue to expand. The demand for highly qualified personnel will remain high, driven by technological advancements and evolving business needs. Hunters Group is poised to adapt to these changes by further enhancing our digital tools and expanding our global reach. We also foresee increased interest in flexible and remote work arrangements, which will shape how companies approach talent acquisition and retention strategies.
By early 2025, we expect our new services, particularly those involving AI and international recruitment, to play a significant role in meeting the needs of our clients and helping them navigate the challenges of a dynamic job market.
