What are the ranges of products/services?
MAQ leads the market with the most extensive range of vibration-dampening tools available, catering to a variety of diameters from 6mm to 80mm as standard, and offering L/D ratios ranging from 5xD to 15xD (soon even up to 18xD). From the 8mm diameter and upwards, all tools are equipped with internal coolant channels, enhancing their performance. For specialized needs, we have produced tools up to 350mm in diameter and 5500mm in length. To further support machinists, we provide a suite of accessories and cutterheads, including an innovative cutterhead for diamond burnishing, capable of achieving internal surface finishes as fine as 0.2µm with a simple head change.
