The company’s mission is to give birth to brand new products and solutions that don’t exist in the world yet.
Interview with Tatsuhiro Nemoto, Director of Raiser Moon.
Easy Engineering: What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Tatsuhiro Nemoto: Our business area covers a wide variety of markets where we can provide values, such as from industrial market to consumer goods market like fashion and hobbies.
We don’t confine our activity to a specific area so that we can provide as many customers as possible with our ideas that can contribute to them and society.
E.E: What’s the news about new products?
T.N: Our EXTRIPPER® series are a brand-new solution to additive manufacturing in that this product is specialized in removing paraffin-based support material, and you can remove it and clean the pattern by far easier and faster without odor of oil than other ways.
In addition, we’ve just succeeded in developing a new eco-friendly solution to one of the biggest problems related to usage of hazardous substance in paint industry.
E.E: What are the ranges of products?
T.N:
- EXTRIPPER®
- Garasu no Namida
- Jushi no Namida
- RAISER SCREW
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
T.N: Our position is so niche that we’re differentiated from other business worldwide. So, we’re now very positive about expanding our product overseas. However, our customers are at various stages, such as paint industry, which might be described as traditional or relatively developed, and additive manufacturing, which is still developing. Therefore, we should continuously focus on customers’ needs at whichever stage we are.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
T.N: Our EXTRIPPER® was introduced into Europe for the first time at the FormNext 2022.
Thanks to a lot of visitors to our booth, the exhibition was a sensation. We were convinced that the solution to removing support material was also not developed in Europe.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
T.N: In terms of additive manufacturing, our EXTRIPPER® could be most innovative one.
E.E: What estimations do you have for the rest of 2022?
T.N: We’ve got a lot of precious business opportunities with potential customers and relevant organization in Europe through the FormNext 2022.
We keep taking care of the chance we’ve got, preparing for expanding into Europe for the rest of 2022 and hopefully make it true within 2023. Furthermore, we’ re planning to start expanding into the U.S.
