What are the main areas of activity of the company?

A.F: Amop’s industrial activity is focused on metal mechanics and pre-cast concrete production for Architecture and Landscaping. Our manufacturing process combines the efficiency of automated serial production with the precision and attention to detail, by our handmade production and finishing techniques. This allows us to produce high-quality products while maintaining a high level of flexibility and customization.

What’s the news about new products/services?

A.F: Amop Synergies has developed a new product called RE-CYCLE, a recycled concrete product that integrates industrial waste into the production process. This way it promotes a sustainable and reduced environmental impact.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, we are expanding our product range to include a wide variety of urban furniture and sports equipment options, including RE-CYCLE, Amop’s new recycled concrete. This means that, our customers can now choose from a vast range of products, that not only meets their functional needs, but also contributes to a more friendly environment and sustainable future.

What can you tell us about market trends?

A.F: Market trends for Amop Synergies include a growing focus on sustainability, environmental protection, and the use of recycled materials. The company is well-positioned to capitalize on these trends with its innovative products and services.

What are the most innovative products/services marketed?

A.F: The world faces a global challenge to implement socio-economic development strategies that ensure greater environmental respect. To make the world greener, in the context of pre-cast production, which is focused in architecture and landscaping, Amop RE-CYCLE, was conceived. These eco-friendly products integrate recycled industrial waste into concrete, promoting sustainability and environmental protection, through the circular economy.

The key advantages of RE-CYCLE include the incorporation of recycled materials instead of primary materials, such as, selected aggregates, reducing the lead time of the final product, which in turn, results in lower water and energy consumption.

During construction and subsequent use, we benefit from the advantages of using precast concrete products, including lower maintenance costs, high durability and economic optimization.

As a result, new eco-materials have been developed, creating new formulations with recycled materials, which are based on demolition and construction waste aggregates (RCD) and other industrial waste. The new formulations allow more sustainable products, with a lower environmental impact.

This process is characterized by a shorter production cycle, with lower water consumption, using approximately 25% to 40% of recycled demolition and construction aggregates (RCD) obtained from products and concrete structures. After a recycling process, the aggregates (RCD) are reconverted into high-quality raw material and integrated into Amop concrete elements, bearing the CE mark and certified by TÜV.

What estimations do you have for the rest of 2024?

A.F: Amop Synergies is expected to continue its growth and expansion in the upcoming years, with a focus on developing new products and services that meet the growing demand for sustainable and innovative solutions in the architecture and landscaping industries.
