Nikko Sangyo has been utilising the bulge forming principle as their main process to manufacture from metal tubing or sheet metal under very high fluid pressure, products difficult or impossible to manufacture by the current conventional casting or punch press processes.
A brief description of the company and its activities.
We manufacture bicycle frame components for frame fittings (Lug and Shells) for triangle shape frames. In 1970 we established joint company with German bicycle manufacturer named Nikko Presswerke GmbH in Cloppneberg.
We are close to Hanover, but due to the imported bicycle from China, we finished to manufacture the parts as well as relationship. Since then, we changed to automobile parts business and water related product such as faucet. Then we started civil engineering steel product for segment such as insert for concrete. This item is growing now and try to expand to other countries. Our newest business is aircraft part for Boeing in America which is some parts which are assembled in the body.
What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Our main area of our business activity is not fix. Because we export our bicycle parts for Europe included Hungary, South Africa, North and South America and east Asia. This is the reason we do not have any fixed aria.

We cannot disclose any news about new products because of NDA agreement with customer.

Our ranges of products/services are just steel product using tubing mainly.

Our current market is Japan and USA.

We don’t know how is the market trend, we cannot make anything our products are quite limited because we are a small company, but we try to think and make some parts for potential products what is the way which we can do.

We think it will be stainless insert for concrete for the segment which we had production patent as well as design.

We think the aircraft parts business will become one of the greatest markets in the world.
