Barbara Olesiak-Kasparek: We are a leading Polish manufacturer of modern lighting solutions. Our local presence makes us flexible and enables us to offer our customers a high level of service. We have our production plant, lighting laboratories, and many suppliers here. We combine our local experience with a broader perspective at the level of the entire Delta Light Group, of which we are a part. The group operates in 120 countries, providing us with quick access to international insights and the latest innovations in the lighting market.
At AQForm, we specialize in creating modern lighting solutions that meet contemporary needs. We closely observe the market and our customers’ requirements, responding promptly. We believe that well-lit spaces significantly impact how we feel, so we prioritize the quality of light in our fixtures. What are the main areas of activity of the company?

What’s the news about new products/services?
B.O.K: This year, we have launched several new models that have been enthusiastically received by customers and designers. One of our greatest recent successes is winning the prestigious Red Dot Design Award for two of our new products: the TRIBA and CONA fixtures.
We are excited to introduce soon our latest lighting system, PIPER. This flexible and modular system features sleek, luminous tubes that can be configured in a variety of ways. PIPER includes flexible connectors and two length options, allowing for creative lighting configurations. Its ability to power up to fifteen modules from a single power source opens up endless possibilities for dynamic lighting designs. Additionally, our FLATTRACK track system, known for its ultra-flat profile with just a 6.7mm height and sophisticated design, will be available in just a few weeks.
Another recent innovation is QRLED next, designed to provide exceptional performance and versatility. This advanced lighting solution offers excellent light quality and energy efficiency, combined with extremely high glare protection.
What are the ranges of products/services?

What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
B.O.K: In Poland and across Europe, a rising trend toward smart lighting and integrated lighting systems is evident. These systems offer both functionality and design flexibility. Despite economic challenges, the market remains robust, with a steady increase in renovation and new construction projects driving demand for high-quality lighting solutions.
What can you tell us about market trends?
B.O.K: We have noticed a rising demand for lighting solutions that blend functionality with aesthetics. Customers are increasingly looking for options that not only serve their basic purpose but also act as key decorative features within their interiors. Our TRIBA collection, launched in 2024, aligns perfectly with this trend. Available since March, this luminaire has already earned three prestigious awards: the Red Dot Design Award, iF Award, and A+Awards.
Consumers want lighting that can be tailored to their specific needs and preferences, allowing them to create unique interior designs. AQForm provides a diverse range of fixtures that can be customized in terms of color, shape, or size. An interesting response to this need is the track lighting systems, which allow for easy lighting modifications without requiring an electrician. You simply plug or unplug the luminaire from the mounted track, and no special tools are needed. Such easy-to-use solutions are becoming increasingly popular.
What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
B.O.K: Among our well-known products, we must mention the PET family, which has been awarded in numerous competitions. It has gained recognition thanks to its vast range of configurations and possibilities – from micro wall fixtures for bedside lighting to highly popular ceiling lights and track-mounted spotlights that effectively illuminate both home kitchens and store displays. This is our most complete range of products. The second one is the RAFTER collection, where the source is so deeply recessed that one has to stand directly under the fixture to see it. However, the lighting effect is visible from afar.
Among our latest innovations, it is definitely worth noting the already mentioned TRIBA – an award-winning lighting fixture that blends high performance with bold, three-dimensional form. The PIPER System, which will have its premiere in late August this year, is a flexible, modular lighting system that allows for creative configurations and customization. And last but not least, QRLED next: a cutting-edge LED lighting solution that combines high performance with energy efficiency and modern design. With a wide beam angle, it still provides excellent glare control.
What estimations do you have for 2024?
B.O.K: In 2024, we anticipate continued growth and expansion in both domestic and international markets. We expect to see increased demand for our innovative lighting solutions, driven by trends toward smart home integration and sustainable design. Our focus will be on enhancing our product range, expanding our market reach, and maintaining our reputation for quality and innovation. We aim to bring life to spaces with our light!
