Holstein Wagyu has been breeding Japanese Wagyu cattle in northern Germany near Hamburg for around 15 years. Their herd consists of around 200 animals, making it one of the largest wagyu breeders in Germany. In addition to breeding and marketing breeding animals, Holstein Wagyu produces up to 1,500 wagyu embryos in their in-house embryo transfer station.
