Nill Building Solutions: We have new innovative products that will be released soon in the second half of the year. With our patented and certified products there are constantly new solutions and products that we create— excited to share news of what’s releasing soon.

Nill Building Solutions: Everything. From the smallest, simplest detail to the most complex and unimaginable situations. We have a better product to attach anything to the building envelope while providing 100% waterproof protection as well.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
Nill Building Solutions: At this point we are being specified by architects and engineers all over the country in plans and have continued to show rapid growth each quarter. Once people see the Nill Way, going back to the “old way” just can’t be justified.

Nill Building Solutions: Over the last couple of years, architects and engineers have no longer been approving most old school methods of product installations (attaching while penetrating through the membrane and hoping to seal the penetration with some type of sealant) as that “old Way” has proven time and again to cause serious water damage and structural rot. Word is spreading fast through the building industry how Nill Building Solutions patented products are solving problems that have never been able to be remedied until now. This is how a lot of companies find us, as people are looking for a REAL solution to the issues that only we can provide. There’s the old way and there’s the Nill Way.

Nill Building Solutions: All of them but our Patented Nill waterproof glass railing anchors just received the highest-ranking ICC- ESR certification nationwide for glass railings, guardrails & handrails.
I expect we are going to continue to have rapid growth. This has been a big year already for us and we are just getting started, and we will continue to have more innovative products coming out to provide even more solutions for our customers.
