IALTAG is a start-up founded in 2024, developing smart solutions for challenges on the shop floor that streamline processes, reduce errors, and ensure customer operations are future-proof.
Based on more than 15 years of intralogistics experience, their scan-free processes reduce manual steps and media breaks. Employees are guided step-by-step, without the need for scanners or wireless connectivity. Furthermore, IALTAG optimizes wireless industrial networks using the self-developed antenna systems.
Interview with Sascha Bluemle, CEO of IALTAG.
What are the main areas of activity of the company?
Sascha Bluemle: Currently we’re running two business units: First is a solution that is based on an innovative development to mark and procced pick-processes in a very new and revolutionary way. Second unit is based on an exceptional different approach how to use antenna systems in industrial environments. Therefore, we’ve developed antenna systems for many different industrial applications and frequency band starting at ISM (Sub-Gigahertz), DECT NR+, WiFi 2.4 and 5/6GHz and for 5G private networks (3.8 GHz). We’re able to match our antennas to all kind of frequency bands if needed without much effort.
The main area of our activities is based in Europe. Next we’ll enter the North-American continent focusing on Canada.
What’s the news about new products/services?
S.B.: Our YUtag solution is now ready to enter the market. It enables new and unprecedented applications and solutions for picking and putting items from and to stocks and production that saves up to 80 % time and money and provides KPIs that never have been recognizable before.

The new antenna systems are able to optimize new or already established industrial wireless infrastructures very easy and bring those up to extraordinary stability and performance while saving up to 1/4 of hardware and up to 50 % of investments and up to 65 % of total cost of ownership. These antenna systems additionally enable technical solutions that have never been possible before using physics at its edge.

What are the ranges of products/services?
S.B.: We provide solutions for optimization of intralogistics processes and generation of KPIs for planning and business intelligence as well as antenna systems for industrial wireless infrastructure.

What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
S.B.: Optimization of intralogistics is a massive need and not only a nice to have to be able to stay on international markets when it comes to industrial production. Therefore, business is currently heavily growing.
What can you tell us about market trends?
S.B.: Actual trends are getting production efficiency to a new level, but not only production processes itself where only one-digit savings are left furthermore optimization of intralogistics in particular that still provides saving up to 25 % of total cost of goods sold of many products. To achieve this goal, KPIs generated by intelligent systems in intralogistics are crucial.
What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
S.B.: Most innovative products are battery driven and flexible handheld products that avoids useless production costs focusing optimization of manual processes. Additional we see that AI support for such solutions will grow fast using SLMs on premises.
What estimations do you have for the second half of 2026?
S.B.: As the global economy becomes increasingly complex, the reliability of supply chains is becoming a decisive factor in economic success or failure. This includes the “last mile” of the supply chain, for example within manufacturing companies. Purchasing decisions depend heavily on reliable information generated from intralogistics and optimized using AI. This trend will intensify, leading to intralogistics playing a decisive role in corporate strategy.
