What are the main areas of activity of the company?

Åsa Ericsson: Sveba Dahlen develops, manufactures and sells bakery ovens, dough handling production lines and pizza ovens for professional customers, including bakeries, industrial bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and foodservice operations. The majority of our machines are manufactured in Sweden, with a smaller share produced in Estonia.

What are the ranges of products/services?

Å.E: We offer a complete range of professional bakery solutions, covering the full process from dough handling to baking. Our product portfolio includes deck ovens, rack ovens, tunnel ovens, pizza ovens, proofers, dough dividers, rounders, moulders, intermediate proofers and customized industrial bakery solutions.

Å.E: Among the most innovative solutions marketed by Sveba Dahlen are our patented IBS system, our efficient Counterflow technology and the Cascad Steam System. 

IBS – Increased Baking Surface – is a patented system developed to ensure that all products in the oven receive equal heat from all sides. By using alternate rotation during the baking process, IBS creates faster, more even and more energy-efficient baking results. This improves product quality while also helping customers reduce operating costs.

Our Counterflow technology is designed to maximize energy efficiency. The oven air is gradually heated as it passes through the heat exchanger and meets increasingly hot flue gases, resulting in high efficiency and reduced heating costs.

The Cascad Steam System quickly provides powerful, clean steam for a continuous and uninterrupted baking process. Built with aluminium rods and stainless steel, the system ensures rapid recovery and consistent steam performance — supporting excellent crust, volume and shine across a wide range of bakery products.

What estimations do you have for the second half of 2026?

Å.E: For the second half of 2026, we expect the market to remain active, with continued focus on efficiency, energy performance and production reliability. We are seeing increasing interest in our oven solutions, particularly within industrial bakery applications, where capacity, consistency and long-term operating costs are key decision factors.
