IN-NATURE Co., Ltd. is a CES Innovation Award-winning startup specializing in energy-saving Smart Facade products that control both insulation and heat insulation based on Transparent Conductive Film(TCF) technology, founded in 2019.
Interview with Dr. Tony Sejin Han, CEO of IN-NATURE Co., Ltd.
A brief description of the company and its activities.
Tony Sejin Han: Our Smart Facade leverages transparent conductive technology to modulate transparency and temperature with minimal power, reducing energy consumption in line with AI and electrification trends.
Our mission is to realize smarter and more energy-efficient surfaces through cost-effective and scalable heat shielding innovations. From smart windows to greenhouse wall, we provide next-generation solutions for mobility, architecture, and greenhouses.
We are currently raising a $3M investment at a $15M pre-money valuation to expand our production capacity for mass manufacturing.

What are the main areas of activity of the company?
T.S.H: Our core business is categorized into three main areas :
- Transparent Conductive Film (TCF)
– As a core film for electrochromic films, we sell ITO (Indium Tin Oxide) coated films, metallizing films, and PEDOT coated films using a roll-to-roll process.
– There are general switching products (PDLC) that control the transmittance by applying electricity by coating a transmittance-changing material on TCF, and CHB (Changing color, Heating, Blinds) films with added heating and blind functions

– CHB functions: Opaque, Semi clear, Partial tint, Full clear, Heating
– Supply insulation solutions for energy saving in the agricultural sector
– Control greenhouse temperature with water-filled double-layer panels
What’s the news about new products/services?
T.S.H: Among the company’s main areas of activity, two new products will be released.
The first is an ITO film that reduces moisture permeability and minimizes yellowing.
There are many Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) in the marts around us, and this function must be added to maintain the color of the ink for a long time.

Previously, a high barrier film that prevents moisture permeability was used separately, but we integrated it into a single film. In order to further improve the perfection of the product, we signed an NDA with the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany early this year and are collaborating.
The second is the release of CHB switching film. This film is a hybrid switching film that enables dimming and heating at the same time, and it also allows for zone-specific transmittance control. It is attracting attention in the fields of building windows, automobiles, and greenhouses that use glass.
This product is also being jointly developed with the Fraunhofer Institute to improve the ability to control the heat blocking rate, and with the help of the K-Startup Center Seattle in the US, we plan to release the product as a smart home solution product.
What are the ranges of products/services?
Our product lineup is as follows:
- ITO film: Based on the maximum width of 2.0m, thickness of 25~188um, and length of 100~500m, it is manufactured in rolls customized to customers by resistance, moisture permeability, and color.
- CHB film: Based on the maximum width of 2.0m, thickness of 100~500um, and length of 50~200m, it is manufactured in sheets or rolls customized to customers by function, maximum heating temperature, infrared transmittance, glass attachment, glass bonding, etc.

– C type: Only transparency changes (transparent, translucent, opaque)
– H type: Transparent heating film (normal, high temperature)
– CHB type: Opaque, Semi clear, Partial tint, Full clear, Heating
- Muldori-Wall: Modular water-filled plastic multiwall that regulate greenhouse temperatures.
Looking for collaboration partners like greenhouse manufacturers or greenhouse installation companies.
What is the state of the market where you are currently active?
T.S.H: We mainly operate our business in Korea.
Demand is increasing due to the trend of electrification of automobiles, home appliances, etc. and the increasing demand for carbon neutrality.
After the 2024 Glasstec exhibition in Germany and the 2025 CES in the US, we learned that there is a lot of overseas demand, so we are preparing to enter the US and Europe.

What can you tell us about market trends?
- Demand for smart films is increasing due to electrification and carbon neutrality policies.
- The global electrochromic film market is growing rapidly due to the growing demand for sustainable architecture.
- Accordingly, the demand for transparent conductive films, a key component of electrochromic films, is also increasing rapidly.
- In line with these trends, Customer is increasingly seeking multifunctional films with both thermal and optical control capabilities.
What are the most innovative products/services marketed?
T.S.H: Our CHB film is the world’s first film to integrate heating and dimming functions into a single layer. It provides zoned transparency and temperature control, opening up new possibilities for smart sunroofs and greenhouse films. This patented technology provides energy savings of up to 60%, especially in winter, in single-pane windows. In particular, when CHB film is attached to a window with insulation grade 3, it achieves insulation grade 1 performance.
Greenhouses made of Muldori-wall control the indoor temperature by controlling the temperature of water in both low and high temperatures, and the energy saving rate is over 50%..

What estimations do you have for the second half of 2025?
T.S.H: We expect significant revenue growth due to the following factors:
- Increased domestic and overseas ITO film sales and revenue due to the operation of our own production line
- Market launch of CHB films in the mobility and smart window sectors
- Muldori Wall pilot introduction in a European smart agriculture project
We expect double the growth compared to the previous year in the second half of 2025.
