CMC Engineers: The main area of our company’s activity are Virtual Reality and Real-time Simulation & Configuration.

E.E: What are the ranges of traded products?
CMC Engineers: We focus on the machinery and plant engineering industry. Mainly in the German speaking market but we started with first international resellers like turkey & middle east.
E.E: At what stage is the market where you are currently active?
CMC Engineers: The industrial VR market is growing constantly.
E.E: What can you tell us about market trends?
CMC Engineers: In general you can say that the whole corona pandemic is pushing not only normal remote work but also remote work of engineers with access to virtual prototypes. For that VR is the only medium which is mature enough to practically enable remote design reviews of machines & plants.
E.E: What are the most innovative products marketed?
CMC Engineers: There is new VR Hardware like Headsets or Handtracking technologies on the market which are very interesting. E.g. Varjo is a very trending player with which we also worked in the past months.
E.E: What estimations do you have for 2020?
CMC Engineers: I think VR will keep up its growth for the next years and it will become a normal tool to work with for engineers in the producing industry. Also, I believe strongly that VR will be more integrated in the existing processes and software tools like CAD.
